Seniors Rights Service Volunteers

Seniors Rights Service NSW (SRS) is seeking administrative volunteers to assist with its pro bono Telephone Advice Clinic which it runs in partnership with law firms Holding Redlich, Wotton + Kearney and Baker & McKenzie. The clinic assists vulnerable elderly people with a range of legal issues including wills, power of attorney, guardianship and elder abuse.

The volunteers are needed from 24 January 2018 on Wednesday or Thursday (alternatively) each week from 9am to 1pm to assist with entering client and case information into the SRS database that the lawyers provide after consultations with clients over the phone.

If you are interested, please contact Tom Cowen by email at Tom Cowen tcowen@seniorsrightsservice.org.au with an expression of interest.

SRS will consider volunteer EOIs in order of receipt. Deadline 1 February 2018.
